Four Entries selected in the 3×3 Illustration Annual

I’m thrilled and honored to have four of my posters included in this year’s  3×3 Illustration Annual. Prints of these are available in my  etsy shop.

New Work: Destroyer

I was fortunate enough to work with Destroyer on a gig poster for their show at The Fine Line in support of the excellent new album, “Poison Season”. Prints, including a few signed by Mr. Dan Bejar himself, are available in my etsy shop. 18 x 24, three color screen print on heavyweight blue/gray stock.

AIGA MN Design Show: 5 posters

The AIGA MN design show showcases some of the best work from the incredible design community in the Twin Cities, so it’s always quite humbling to get some work in the show. I was fortunate enough to get 5 of my posters included this year and even got a congratulatory tweet from one of the judges. The posters were for the bands, Nada Surf, Destroyer, Sea Wolf (2012), Sea Wolf, (2013), and Junip. A big thanks to AIGA MN and the judges for selecting my work. Check out all the great work from the show on the show’s site.

Two posters in the HOW International Design Annual

HOW Design Annual

The Nada Surf and Destroyer gig posters were both selected for publication in this year’s HOW International Design Annual. I look forward to the Annual every year for its showcase of great design and this one does not disappoint. There is a ton of great work here with the Minneapolis design community being well represented. Special thanks to HOW and the judges, Mikey Burton, Noreen Morioka and Jamey Wagner for selecting my work!

New Work: Destroyer

I recently partnered with the band Destroyer on a gig poster for their show with Sandro Perri at The Cedar in MPLS. The design was inspired by their excellent 2011 release, “Kaputt”. The print is an 18 x 24 four color screen print (black, white and 2 gray inks) on heavyweight light gray stock (French Construction Grout Gray 100#C). Prints can be purchased at the paypal button above or through my esty shop. Thanks to Destroyer, their management and The Cedar for the opportunity to work on this project.
